Common Garden
Shared soil for a creative life.
Who We Are
Common Garden is a creative guild and cooperative ecosystem headquartered in Nashville, TN designed to unite artists, creators, performers, studios, and their communities under a shared canopy.
As each member tends their own world, the Garden provides shared soil: a living network of tools, infrastructure, knowledge, support, and people who believe creative work should be made with care.
Together we build worlds, art, events, spaces, and a shared culture designed to help each member foster a sustainable life of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration without sacrificing individual expression.
Laws of Nature
We rise together, not alone. Every artist is both a creator and a cultivator, irreplaceable to the ecosystem.
Different skills make the soil richer.
Absorb, contribute, engage. Presence fuels growth — no light, no life.
What you nurture, nurtures you in return.
Depth of connection outlasts breadth. One true bond is worth more than a hundred shallow ones.
Support the work of others. Teach, learn, share, expand.
Respect the natural rhythms and cycles of energy for yourself and others: growth, harvest, rest, rebirth.
Self-responsibility in your own health and growth is essential.
Strengthen systems and foundations that nourish everyone — not simply surface-level beauty.
Nothing is static. Stay adaptive. Stay curious. Stay creative.
