Built for the Creative Practice
Common Garden develops tools and infrastructure for independent artists, tattoo studios, and creative professionals — from client booking and intake to fan engagement and payment collection for in-person creative services.
What we do
Common Garden is a creative collective and project management infrastructure provider for independent artists and studios. Members use our tools to manage their creative practice — from scheduling client appointments and running fan campaigns to collecting payments for in-person services.
The artists and studios we work with offer real in-person creative services: tattoo sessions, studio appointments, commissioned artwork, and creative project work. Our infrastructure supports them end-to-end, without getting in the way of the work itself.
What we provide
Booking & Scheduling
Calendar-based appointment scheduling with real-time availability, multi-calendar sync, and automated client communication. Artists and studios accept deposits and session payments directly through their connected accounts.
Client Intake & Inquiry
Branded intake forms for commissions, custom project inquiries, and client onboarding. Submissions are tracked with automated reference codes and notification workflows so nothing falls through the cracks.
Fan Engagement & Portals
Public-facing smart link pages for releases, events, and audience capture. Countdown timers, media embeds, and a membership layer connecting opted-in fans directly to the artists they follow.
Communications
SMS and email tools that let artists reach opted-in audiences with updates, booking reminders, and release announcements. Each artist operates their own separate, consented audience list.
Guild Infrastructure
Shared operational tooling across the collective — cross-artist referral, membership passes, and the systems that help independent practices run lean and sustainable over the long arc.
The Guild
Common Garden is a curated collective. Artists are individually onboarded — not a self-serve marketplace. Each artist maintains their own direct relationship with their clients; we provide the infrastructure, not the audience.
The artists currently in the Garden include tattoo studios, visual artists, musicians, and creative practitioners based in Nashville and across the country.
